I designed a series of representations of a shoe. I initially sketched variations in marker and pen, focusing on line and shape respectively, and refined these into vectors.
I then created a series of posters using a variety of approaches including rotation/repetition, scanning, and the golden ratio.
I took the textured sketches and scanned them, moving them during the process to create patterns and textures.
